January CVC installed a RUUD Heat Pump System for me My electric provider (PPL) gives efficiency comparison reports to its customers Since installation of this heat pump my efficiency results have been better than comparative efficient homes, and I've saved from $- $per month compared to the eight year average of comparative months I am very pleased with CVC and with the RUUD Heat Pump
Upstairs wall mounted unit stopped workingI called CVC and the same day Dallen came to the rescueTurned out that a mouse had nibbled on some wires in the control board in the main compressor and the board had to be replacedDallen was very efficient, professional and friendly He was able to answer every question put to him and went the extra mile to make sure I understood everythingI'm very pleased with the service received
This last visitation involved the third heat pump that had to be installed in my home This was no fault of the installers but rather of the company who manufactured the pumpThe CVC installers were excellent; they obviously knew how to perform as required Especially, they explained what they did; they are A+ in terms of their overall competence
