Technician left my hose runningCompany refused to reimburse me I had service performed by them in July and the technician left my hose running for a day resulting in a $increase in my water bill that I expected them to reimburse me forI spent two months going back and forth with them between them not returning my calls, etc...They finally offered to reimbuse me $5, the actual water cost not the environmental and sewer which the city does not meter, it's entirely based on water flow which they increasedI further requested a refund of the remainder of my pre-purchased service and they told me there were no reimbursements after thirty daysAnd of course the only reason it took over thirty days for me to ask for a refund was their poor response timeIn addition to this complaint, I would like to contact the owner directly as I have done business with this company for a number of years and I would like some clarification if this poor customer service is indicative of new manag

I will be looking for another company to maintain both my AC and Cooler units going forwardI have been having problem with my cooler thermostat for a couple of weeks so I called Breezeways to schedule an appointment to fix this and do my annual AC maintenance at the same timeThe guy was up on the roof for maybe minutes and then simply looked at the cooler thermostat for minute and said it should be replaced but he did not have a unit in his truck and that he would call me back Problems I have here: Does it really take only minutes for a annual AC unit checkI am dubious that a thorough job was done Second, the main problem for the service call was not even addressed, and now almost weeks later and still no return call on when they can fix the thermostat Too bad I can't give this review half a star or less because that is all that it merits

I have been using [redacted] at BreezeWays for my rental properties for many years with great confidence They extend me the courtesy of not collecting monies directly from my tenants and send the invoice to me in an email I immediately call them with payment and am pleased by their work from beginning to end - every time until now Unfortunately, [redacted] was unavailable and I agreed to a different technician So it disappointed me greatly to read on their invoice that they snail mailed to me - that I refused to pay the technician (who never asked for payment) and that I blamed them for the system not working (I want to understand why the year old system they installed tripped the breaker) Additionally, I am shocked as to the rudeness of the technician to my tenants of years They were so furious that they called me to emphasize verbally exactly how rude he was after we texted for about an hour They told me that he was rude and condescending, and that he said that I was a "pain in his [redacted] after hanging up the phone with me It took me a while to calm them down, and I see that I won't be able to send Breezeways back to them I'm still apologizing to them for sending this technician I had spoken to him on the phone while he was at my property and also found him rude and unprofessional He was unable to answer basic questions without becoming defensive and combative After speaking to him, I still needed to check with my already agitated tenants to find out if the system was cooling Thankfully, the $for flipping the breaker switch worked but I still don't know why the system tripped the breaker I spoke to people at Breezeways about the experience and diagnosis and still don't have the answers to my basic questions I've asked if I could have a "re-check," to find out why the system tripped the breaker (one of them mentioned that it may have come loose) but they will see I have requested (and am still waiting for) the manager to call me

Thank you Breezeways! Today's visit from your technician was so helpful. He was so patient and answered all our questions and gave us great ideas on how to help our AC unit work more efficiently. Then checked the unit to make sure it was working properly. Thank you so much for your level of professionalism from the person who took the service call to the technician that came out.

Incompetent service personnel who lied about repair options and charged for more time than should be necessary to troubleshoot problem
Breezeway installed HVAC units in my house in and did an excellent job However, one AC unit quit working and I called them On 8/27/a Breezeway serviceman came out and spent over hours to figure out that my compressor for the unit was bad In the process, it took him some time to figure out that the unit was tripping the breaker When he figured that out, he turned off the power to my whole house even though the breakers for the ac units were labeled This required us to re-set all the electronics in the house and have Comcast re-set our cable and computer service He told my wife that they did not make parts for that unit anymore and that we needed to replace the unit with a new Rheem system which would cost approximately $6XXX-XXXX

You both are amazing, and because of your commitment to your customers, my family will be able to get through this heat

Technician ** *** was dispatched by Breezeways on May 16, 2016, since I had reported that the airconditioner at my house was not coolingThe technician noticed some oil in the p-trap and immediately concluded that the evap coil needed to be replacedWithout further diagnosis, he gave me a $estimate to replace the coil (but indicated he would get me an exact quote after he spoke to the the office)I told him the unit was only years old and he started telling me that it was a very bad brandI told him that the brand new unit was sold and installed for me by Breezeways I asked him if he had hooked up his gages to the unit to see what readings he gotHe rudely told me that he had (?) years experience and knew the problem as soon as he saw the oil and that replacing the evap coil is what had to be done
I asked to see if the unit could be repaired and he agreed
