Jeff came highly recommended from a friend We hired him to remodel our bathroom However, there were problems from the beginning That should have been a red flag for us Jeff would not show up when he said he would He always had a reason, like a family illness, a death, he was injured on another job, etc Come to find out, through social media, that he was camping with his family or doing other "fun" things His workmanship was poor to say the least He was to replace a rotted subfloor underneath our bathtub, which he never didHe was to change the plumbing from a single sink to a dual sink He didn't do that either Instead, he left the plumbing and when he put in the vanity, the drawer doesn't close because the water shut off valve is directly behind it The grout around the bathtub and other places is cracking and the tile is moving which means he did not put enough cement down He used different colors of grout on the wall and the floor He over-caulked to hide his mistakes He did not install the tile correctly One day, he left and never came back We have tried numerous times to call him and he refuses to answer We filed a complaint with the state's attorney and he refused to answer their letters Do NOT hire this person He will rip you off
