I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined
that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They wanted me to call them and I refuse to get into a verbal altercation with anyone.
I was prepared to accept the resolution response since they have already issued me a full refund. However, today the building inspector came to do the final inspection on the job and asked to see the permit card. I told him an email copy is all I ever received. He said that what I have is not a permit Therefore, I will not be resolving this complaint until such time as I have received, by US Mail, the official (yellow card) copy of the City of Tustin Building Permit

The permit as delivered to his home today. Placed partially under his door mat. Have picture if necessary.
 
The permit vendor we use mails them to the customer. Don't know if the customer lost the first one or if it as not mailed. Either way, it was delivered by them today.
