BENJAMIN SOUTHARD WILL DO ANYTHING NECESSARY
Benjamin Southard is a former employee of ABM Security Services. Benjamin repeatedly falsified company documents. I do not recommend doing business with Benjamin.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 1) I am not willing to give Fisher Investments my work email as I have requested several times, tough their own mechanism in their SPAM to be unsubscribed and that has not happened By giving it to them here, I am only confirming that their SPAM is getting through and there is even less reason for them to stop 2) When you click the link to unsubscribe in their SPAM, you get to a web page (at the domain http://email.investment-mail.com/) with this wording: "Fisher Investments will honor your request to unsubscribe or opt-out from future sponsored emailsBy submitting your email address, we will add it to a suppression listSee below for more informationPlease enter your email address and click submit button:Email Address: Sponsored emails are executed by 3rd-party online publishersIn order to prevent you from receiving Fisher Investments sponsored emails in the future, we are required to provide 3rd-party publishers with a suppression listPrior to executing each email campaign, the respective publisher will run Fisher Investments’ suppression list against their list of target users and extract all matchesAll matches will be suppressed from the email distributionBecause Fisher Investments does not directly handle the suppression process nor the actual delivery of the email content, we cannot guarantee that you will never receive another email from us againHowever, we will make best effort to minimize this possibility." So, Fisher Investments is passing off the blame for the SPAM to third parties FINE - then send me via the Revdex.com the contact information for EVERY 3rd party that Fisher uses to process their SPAM so I can file Revdex.com complaints against them as well This is really a COP OUT on Fisher's part THEY are ultimately responsible for what is done in their name 3) My email was NOT gotten by Fisher Investments by "phishing" I am not stupid and don't use my work email address any place where Fishing might be possible My email (along with those of our entire firm) WERE stolen in the Anthem hack last year I ma guessing that Fisher acquired these emails somehow 4) Fisher Investments PRIVACY POLICY (http://www.fisherinvestments.com/privacy-security/usa) states: "Our website does not respond to “do not track” signals from users’ web browsers." ANOTHER unethical use of the Internet If they are going to track the movements of web users even though many select the option to not have them do it, then that same ethical stance would be to NOT stop SPAMMING someone even though they asked for it to stop The solution? a) Stop using third party email services b) Publish the full contact into for all email services you utilize c) Turn "on" the ability to block tracking on your web site Until these things happen, my complaint is NOT closed or rescinded Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dear Mr. [redacted],
Thank you for taking time to elevate your concern to the Revdex.com. We have no intention of sending you unwanted emails, and will make every effort to stop this permanently.
Our firm acquires data only from reputable sources, and I can assure you we have no knowledge of any...

stolen data usage. There is a possibility it was a phishing attempt from another party. In order for us to investigate the source of this, we will need the most recent email that you received from Fisher Investments. Please forward the email to my attention at [redacted].com
Additionally, to avoid sending you future emails, we will need the email address that received these communications (if it's the email address provided in the complaint, please confirm: [redacted].com) . This will be added to our suppression list, which is maintained in accordance with our privacy policy: http://www.fisherinvestments.com/privacy-security/usa.
Thank you again for taking the time to elevate your concern. We take these matters very seriously. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

1) I am not willing to give Fisher Investments my work email as I have requested several times, tough their own mechanism in their SPAM to be unsubscribed and that has not happened.  By giving it to them here, I am only confirming that their SPAM is getting through and there is even less reason for them to stop.

2) When you click the link to unsubscribe in their SPAM, you get to a web page (at the domain http://email.investment-mail.com/) with this wording:
"Fisher Investments will honor your request to unsubscribe or opt-out from future sponsored emails. By submitting your email address, we will add it to a suppression list. See below for more information. Please enter your email address and click submit button:Email Address: Sponsored emails are executed by 3rd-party online publishers. In order to prevent you from receiving Fisher Investments sponsored emails in the future, we are required to provide 3rd-party publishers with a suppression list. Prior to executing each email campaign, the respective publisher will run Fisher Investments’ suppression list against their list of target users and extract all matches. All matches will be suppressed from the email distribution. Because Fisher Investments does not directly handle the suppression process nor the actual delivery of the email content, we cannot guarantee that you will never receive another email from us again. However, we will make best effort to minimize this possibility."

So, Fisher Investments is passing off the blame for the SPAM to third parties.  FINE - then send me via the Revdex.com the contact information for EVERY 3rd party that Fisher uses to process their SPAM so I can  file Revdex.com complaints against them as well.  This is really a COP OUT on Fisher's part.  THEY are ultimately responsible for what is done in their name.

3) My email was NOT gotten by Fisher Investments by "phishing".  I am not stupid and don't use my work email address any place where Fishing might be possible.  My email (along with those of our entire firm) WERE stolen in the Anthem hack last year.  I ma guessing that Fisher acquired these emails somehow.

4) Fisher Investments PRIVACY POLICY (http://www.fisherinvestments.com/privacy-security/usa) states:
"Our website does not respond to “do not track” signals from users’ web browsers."
ANOTHER unethical use of the Internet.  If they are going to track the movements of web users even though many select the option to not have them do it, then that same ethical stance would be to NOT stop SPAMMING someone even though they asked for it to stop.
The solution?
a) Stop using third party email services
b) Publish the full contact into for all email services you utilize
c) Turn "on" the ability to block tracking on your web site.

Until these things happen, my complaint is NOT closed or rescinded.

Sincerely,[redacted]
