Purchased a PJ Trailer from Oconner trailer in Burnet TXmonths after purchase rust water is covering loads that I have on the trailerapon inspection found there to be incomplete welds on the main support beam of the trailer allowing water to sit in the main beam and rustareas on the main beam to be accurateContacted Oconner trailer about the issue they referd me to PJ trailersContacted PJ sent pictures to the warranty deptThere response is this is perfectly for the trailers to do thisThere so called fix is to send me a new beam and have it welded in to replace the rusted one in placeI find this un satisfactory repairIts the main support beam for the tilt aspect of the trailerThat would compromise the intergrity of the trailer and also the powder coat witch would lead to future rustingIt seams PJ doesn't stand behind there warranty
Its only a matter of time before this trailer fails and hurts someone

pj trailer said they would pay for damages to chevrolet silveradoThis trailer was bought 10/21/vehicle id nois 4p5dXXXXXgXXXXXXX.pj trailer said I would receive a check from them in to weeks and it has been weeks
Trailer is Tagged for a GVWR of 18,pounds but manufacturer shipped with tires rated for 4,pounds less than GVWR tagged on trailer and title
This trailer was special ordered, with heavy duty axles, rated for 8,poundsThe title, and the data plate both state the trailer is rated for 18,pounds GVWR, which when tongue weight is taken out, is an acceptable rating, but they placed tires on the trailer that are rated for 14,poundsSo when the trailer is operated at capacity, there is a severe overload conditionI had my local dealer contact the manufacturer, and I also contacted them directly, via phone, and social media messaging
Their direct response was "we dont see what the big deal is, we do this all the time, and you're the first to gripe"LiterallyIn those wordsThat same response was given to my local dealer
I spoke directly with a local DOT police officer, and was instructed that if I operated this trailer at its rated weight, I would be illegall
