Review: [redacted] and his company is by far the WORST I have ever dealt with. Whats bad about his company? 1. He did an absolutely poor job fixing our roof which we spend thousands of dollars. 2. Does not stand by his word nor his warranty.3. [redacted] does not care for his customers. He lied about coming to service our building. story:I have requested a number of times to have our roof fixed. We have a warranty that is still in effect. The owner of the company agreed to service the roof. We waited 3 hours for them to come, they never came. I then called and [redacted] responded by saying they dont want to bring their guys out because its too hot. He did not call prior to the appointment to cancel or reschedule with me. I then asked for a second appointment, he would not give me a time or day. I then called again after he hung up on me and he gave me an appointment time and day. It was the same story with Fisher, he did not show up nor did he cancel prior to the appointment. I would highly recommend you take your money elsewhere. Find company who has respect for themselves and their customers because you wont find it with [redacted] and his company.Desired Settlement: I want the roof fixed that was guaranteed by Fishers warranty.
