I am rejecting this response because Fisher’s failed to identify and resolve the issue with my car in a timely manner. For months, Fisher’s has refused to refund my money.

We worked on this and cannot find an issue with the transmission. We think it is something else. We are still currently working on it and hope to resolve the consumer’s issue.

12/19 12:22pm I told him to drive it and it is acting responsibly well.  I think there are some issues outside of the transmission.  We will take care of any problems that deal with the transmission. 3/7/2018 2:24 PM We worked on that for some time. I think he had other issues which were not related to the transmission.  There appeared to be some electrical issues or computer issues which may have caused his transmission problems. No I am not going to give him a refund.
