per day. He called this spring and said he had a limb that was about to fall on his house. I was able to get there in two days and we took care of it and the rest of the job. We had to bring our trucks out and our mats to protect his yard. It wasn't until a later time that he was at my friends house and told me he needed to talk to me. He didn't think that we should get paid for driving there, etc. As a courtesy in an effort to resolve this customer's complaint I am willing to refund $500. I will provide a written receipt.
