retrieving medical records and daily planner I got in a wreck on July 27. Fisher's auto care came and towed my truck.I didn't get to retrieve all my belongings at that time. I am from Lake city fl. which is an 1hr and 12 min from this location. I spoke to Susan which told me she would hold my belonging unitl I could come get them. I arriverd 3 weeks later and there hours state they close at 5:30 I arrived at 5:14 and they said they were closed and would not give me my belongings. I called and he said they would ship them. when I called back during on another business day. Tom (the owner) was very rude and said they would not ship my stuff. I would like to just get my health records (on my heart condition) and my daily planner

I took my car to this establishment on 10/8/because I was having a problem with my carThe check engine light was coming on & a light that looked like a lightning boltWhen I checked my book it said the lightning bolt symbol was for an electronic throttle I told the man what was going on with my car & he said he would look at it & that first of all I should invest in a service of a pressure test for my cooling system which he said he was going to work into my estimate but never did I was charged $ They called me later that day & said I had a leak in my radiator & that it would be close to $to fix & it wouldnt be done til 10/10/I told him to repair it & he said he would call me on Monday Monday came & I went to pick up my carThey put in a new radiator & charged me $ OVER CHARGED!! When I took my car home & drove it the next day I notice that my Wiper pump wasnt working to spray my windshield
