We serviced this customer's refrigerator as requested on May 8th,After the service call completed, he contacted our sub-contractor with more issues with the refrigeratorWe were not informed by Peter or neither by the customer with other problems until he called and requested a refund back
in October His should have call the office way before October to resolve this matterWe have days warranty policy.Sincerely,
