Spoke with *** ***He said that when the tow truck gets to a vehicle they first check the spot they are in, if it is an unmarked spot they check for a permit, if there is no permit the car is then documented with pictures that are time stamped to make sure there is no damage done to the car If the driver had arrived and the car wasn't hooked up he could have gotten in it, I was told this happens often

I spoke with the business***he states that the is an afterhours fee since the business was closed at the time the car was towedIf the customer wanted to wait until they were open in the morning it would be a fee for the car since it was hooked up and towed away

My car was not hooked up to anything when I was walking towards my carMy car was still actually still in the parking space where I parked. There were two men outside of my car when I was walking towards itI told them I was getting ready to move my car and their reply was that since my car was spotted I would have to call the ***After telling me that is when they hooked my carAnd futhermore they didnt give me a number to call until they where pullingI dont agree with this at all. Even when I spoke with the second person on that night, he said my car should not have been towed if it was not moved of the spot by the companySo im not understanding this at all
