I recently went to Fishers Tudor House with people on a Sunday, I tipped the server on my credit cardOn Tuesday I receive a call from the MANAGER stating that on Sunday the server never typed in the tip amount she only charged my card for the dinner amount and than asked me for my credit card number to add the tip, I told her I wasn't comfortable with giving her my numbers over the phone that I will be in Wednesday to drop the tip amount offOn Wednesday I get a voicemail from the MANAGER stating that the bank was able to charge my card for the tip amount and I don't have to drop cash offI than called back and told her to take the tip amount off of my card because I never once authorized her to add the tip amountAs a manager at a hair salon I would never have me or my employees call a customer and ask to add the tip back on their card because of their own mistake
