Hello,I have not called any names- you said I was a deadbeat looking for a "free meal"You see the typo of the date read my first posting on Revdex.com where I posted about the expired seafood 11/Read the Revdex.com review my original post!!!You told me at time of purchase there would not be a delivery until the 11/because we do not ship on Fridays!!!Calling you dishonest is a fact..you are saying for months I am trying to get a free meal!!!I would not put this much energy in this for months- if you had done the businessman thing & refund my $to me.*** yourself & see the comment from another customer where it seems you did the same thing & have never reimbursed him "***" in 2010.You shipped spoiled food & then you intimidate the customer into going away.Sir even if I am not refunded you will be sorry ...You will see my comments all...& over of the lousy service you providedOrder placed 10/delivered on 11/when I called you was hung up on & then resorted to Revdex.com...read my online comments..& the e-mails I sent over & over through your websiteI did not start off as a frustrated customer- just a bit annoyed...However you escalated this by treating your paying customer as a thiefShow the USA one situation where you actually refunded the $$ back because your consumer was not satisfied???You print that on your website about a refund if the consumer is not satisfiedHave you ever made right by any consumer?...In all your years of business ..there has never been customer that received something inferior & you made them happy again..EVEN Mcdonalds fails some timethis alone makes you a dishonest person ..Every business has had a Quality Control issue at some pointI will continue to spread the word about your ill treatment of hardworking paying customers!!!!Sincerely,

COOKED LOBSTER (RED COLOR) AND A LIVE LOBSTER (GREEN/BLUE COLOR) HE ORDERED LIVE LOBSTER (BLUE/GREEN COLOR) HE ASSUMED LOBSTER WERE SPOILED DO TO IT'S BLUE/GREEN COLOR) (4TH.) Revdex.com: This guy is a total liar I have sent him at least e-mails & he has not responded ...would I be still complaining after all these months for a lousy $The order was horrible & he knew this was not fresh ..The pictures on the Fishermans fleet are not anything like the order came except for the styroform box cooler...I don't need to badmouth a business for a simple $180.00...it was a birthday gift I wanted desperately to enjoy & be happy withWhen I open the box I cooked what I could salvageI am a professional person & would never extort $$ from anyone ..As a religious person I am deeply offendedI would not sell my soul for $I offered to send pictures & You hung up on meyou did not honor your word..I can send the original e-mailagain my birthday was 10/on a SATURDAY & I complained 11/TUESDAY how is that days...? I received the shipment on 11/3..the same afternoon I called!!!I will continue to share this very bad customer service experience with everyone I know!!- even if you don't do right by me!!! however you know the truth & you will have to answer from a higher power other than meI make a decent living & don't need to bother a merchant for $months & months later after being ignored..My mistake was not disputing the CC payment for this orderMy parents raised an honest person unfortunately you are notthis is called "ill gotten gains" & you will have no success going forward in you business life to make me suffer for $You are the scam artistI have been dining on seafood for yrs & I do know what color a healthy Lobster & mussels coloring is suppose to be cooked or raw!!!Sorry my yr old mother became illThat truly was not worth the $this is criminal!!!!Sincerely, an Unhappy Consumer
