COOKED LOBSTER (RED COLOR) AND A LIVE LOBSTER (GREEN/BLUE COLOR) HE ORDERED  LIVE LOBSTER (BLUE/GREEN COLOR) HE ASSUMED LOBSTER WERE SPOILED DO TO IT'S BLUE/GREEN COLOR) (4TH.) PLEASE NOTE FISHERMAN'S FLEET DELIVERS LOBSTER AND FRESH FISH OVERNIGHT DAILY TO THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS AND COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS WITH LITTLE OR NO COMPLAINTS ..I CHECKED FISHERMANS FLEET INC. REVIEWS ON LINE NO BAD COMMENTS. I EXPLAINED ALL OF THIS TO THE CUSTOMER.. WE TALKED ONLY ONE TIME 10 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY WITH NO COMPROMISE .. I WOULD WITHOUT QUESTIONS SAY WE DO KNOW WHAT IS GOING INTO OUR BOXES..AND ALL YOUR NAME CALLING AND WISHING US BAD ILL DOES NOT EFFECT US IN THE LEAST. WE HAVE A STEADY LARGE CLIENT LIST WHO ARE VERY HAPPY WITH ALL OUR PRODUCTS AND ORDER DAILY..I WILL NOT RETURN YOUR $180.00 DOLLARS JUST OUT OF PRINCIPLE ALONE.. I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SCAM ME..MOVE ON TO YOUR NEXT WEBSITE MAYBE YOU WILL HAVE BETTER LUCK..

Revdex.com:  This guy is a total liar I have sent him at least 10 e-mails & he has not responded ...would I be still complaining after all these months for a lousy $180.00 The order was horrible & he knew this was not fresh ..The pictures on the Fishermans fleet are not anything like the order came except for the styroform box cooler...I don't need to badmouth a business for a simple $180.00...it was a birthday gift I wanted desperately to enjoy & be happy with. When I open the box I cooked what I could salvage. I am a professional person & would never extort $$ from anyone ..As a religious person I am deeply offended. I would not sell my soul for $180.00 I offered to send pictures & You hung up on me. you did not honor your word..I can send the original e-mail... again my birthday was 10/31 on a SATURDAY  & I complained 11/3 TUESDAY  how is that 10 days...? I received the shipment on 11/3..the same afternoon I called!!!I will continue to share this very bad customer service experience with everyone I know!!- even if you don't do right by me!!! however you know the truth & you will have to answer from a higher power other than me. I make a decent living & don't need to bother a merchant for $180.00 months & months later after being ignored..My mistake was not disputing the CC payment for this order. My parents raised an honest person unfortunately you are not. this is called "ill gotten gains" & you will have no success going forward in you business life to make me suffer for $180.00 You are the scam artist. I have been dining on seafood for 40 yrs & I do know what color a healthy Lobster & mussels coloring is suppose to be cooked or raw!!!Sorry my 70 yr old mother became ill. That truly was not worth the $180.00 this is criminal!!!!Sincerely, an Unhappy Consumer.
