Poured concrete to color that did match tile... came back added other highlight colors to match the tile better she has a multi color tile with tans and darks greys her stamp is tan with dark gray release and browns to match her tile which are multiple colors in every tile so I have no idea what she...
thinks it should look like to math I can't tie die concrete to b a swirl of color like her tile period...she is unrealistic the job was finished in a more than professional manner and timeline as well was followed. I have tryed to respond back to your email but have had a few issues I'm not a tech guy at all ....I've considered the job done ..I can't please everyone all the time thus I've learned over the years so it is what it is...

I am rejecting this response because: We were sold a color shown to us on his electronic tablet. While it did match somewhat to our pool tile, what we are after is a color that matches what he showed us on the tablet. He agreed twice to come to look at the job and discuss our options but he did not show...nor did he call to cancel the appointment. I don't believe we are being unrealistic to expect him to come and compare what we ended up with to what he originally showed us. His workers kept reassuring us that the end result would be what we were promised but it isn't. All we want is for him to make an appointment to come see us and then keep it, and to bring his tablet with the examples on it so he can see how it compares to what we have and to let us know what can be done to make it more to what was agreed upon.
