Review: Asked for repairs of a Gas Stove. Services were provided and charged and within days problem reappeared. We went back to the store and thye recommended replacing stove with a discontinued model from their inventory and represented a discounted stove as being a good deal. I then found out that they charged me $100 than the stove (in stock at at least 2 other locations and at the manufacturer). I aske that I not pay for the initial service charge because it didn't fix the problem and they refusedDesired Settlement: Refund the initial service charge. It is my fault to accept their bait and switch sale of thestove.

To whom it may concern:

On 10/03/13 we made a service call to **.[redacted] tenant house. The oven ignitor was replaced and tested OK.

While later the tenant called saying the range didn't work.

On the 29th of October, [redacted] came to the store to pay for the service call and had decided to replace the range.She choosed a model in stainless steel that we didn't have in stock.We ordered it and attempted to install on Nov. 5th and the tenant could not see us that day, so we were able to install it on Nov. 11th

The range was not a discontinued model like stated. Also the range is price at $849.00 was discounted to $745.00.

Our installation price for a gas range is $150.00, it was discounted to $99.00. The customer agreed and wrote uis two checks, one of the amount of $149.00 for service rended and the second on for the purchase of the new unit for $888.70
