Not sure, why just one customer would have this problem, since we sell thousands of gallons of gasoline each month.The grades are clearly marked and there are instructions which will display on the pump and a customer just has to follow the prompts.The customer has mentioned in her complaint that she got grade instead of 87, which cannot be correct; since we do not carry a octane rating gas.Our highest octane rating is at the gas station.The department of weights and measures, inspected the station the next day and it was mentioned in the report that the inspection was based on a certain complaint (No specifics of the complaint were mentioned); which we now know, where the complaint may have come fromAll our pumps passed the test and there was no problem with any of the pumps.To assure conformance with performance and labeling standards, weights and measures officials conduct random inspections of gasoline and diesel fuel at distribution terminals and at retail gas stations.The test makes sure that the customers are getting the correct quality, quantity and correct octane rating, based on the grade selected.The results can be found with the Department of Weights and Measures.So, truly in all honesty, if a customer selects a certain grade, that is what they are going to pump gas for.Also, the grades are clearly marked at 87, and octane ratings, with brand new pumps installed years back, in May 2015.Hope,this explanation will benefit a lot of consumers, in their purchase of gasoline or diesel at any gas station.Thanks, Brijesh SPatelCitgo [redacted] ***Phone: ###-###-####
