SEE BELOWI am rejecting this response because: only want it noted that they say they had another charge of $19, not once in the process did they mention prices let alone being charged twice I do accept the refund of my money, but I would encourage someone to look into this business as I do not think it is a business as much as a scam because if they charged me for this long and I never received any product (so they are misleading and charging people for some mysterious product that they will never receive).Sincerely, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: While the company promptly refunded my money and offered good customer service, I should not have...

needed to contact them in the first place. The problem could have been avoided if their website communicated clearly and honestly. The fact that my problem was resolved swiftly is irrelevant. The company should be required to alter the content of their website to prevent problems like mine from arising. They probably know that promptly addressing customer complaints is one way they can protect themselves from having to change their predatory and deceptive model.
