DoesPlease do not associate this complaint with G [redacted] Computer Services, IncDBA Comp-U-Tech.Second Mr [redacted] was on a month to month service and could have quit at any time with no penaltyAnd because FISI.NET runs on [redacted] DSL connections and the speed is controlled by [redacted] not FISI.NET his complaint should be with [redacted] Once connected to [redacted] the signal is passed on to a backend provider with a multi megabyte connection, the only thig FISI.NET servers do is authentication.Third I asked Mr [redacted] 's son to leave several times before I told him to "get they` [redacted] out" and then called the police to have him removed, not Mr [redacted] As this is a private business and I no longer wanted the confrontation with Mr [redacted] 's son to continue, I ask him to leave as is my rightI did not raise my voice or cuss at Mr [redacted] nor did I ask him to leave as he was not causing a disturbanceMr [redacted] 's son was causing a disturbance and he was the only one I considered to be trespassing.I consider this matter to be closed as Mr [redacted] has exercised his rights and gone to another internet providerAs for any refund, I reiterate that this was a month to month relationship and he could quit at any time, because he chose not to quit signaled to me that he was satisfied with the service.Thank You For resolving this matter David G [redacted]
