The owner found a buyer for an expensive piece of my jewelry, I agreed to specific terms and hasn't paid me the balance in 6 months.I agreed to sell my engagement ring for $10,500 to a 3rd party buyer that Mr.[redacted] located. Mr. [redacted] asked me if I would agree to two payments of $5000.00 each, one immediately and one in 30 days. In return, he would keep the ring until it was paid in full. I agreed. Since August, I have received 2 payments, one for $5,000 and one for $1,000 over the course of six months. The remaining balance is $4,500 and Mr. [redacted] has since admitted giving the ring to the customer without full payment. Desired SettlementI am seeking either the return of my diamond, in which I will return the $6,000 already paid to me or I want full payment of the $4500.00 reamining balance within 30 days.
