I am rejecting this response because: I made a typo in stating 2017, I meant to type I have payment emails to the effect that show this date of to be accurate.As stated in the original complaint, there has not been anyone in the building on several days/times to be able to speak to 1:about the cancelationAs well, no email responses have been returned nor has there be an option to talk with anyone on the phone due to the voicemail always being full and unable to receive a message.Also, I have never been issued a Fob, and records from the gym can show that I have not ever used said fob to enter the gym since 2014.I have been issued a email statement that my agreement has been canceled, but I am still looking for a partial refund to the years that I have been attempting to get out of the contract and have been unable to until now

I sent an email( we have on file) asking *** to forward her written day notice to me *** stating I will gladly back date and honor her notice. I don't have her written notice in my records. her complaint states she joined 3/1/17why would we refund a year for
months ? ( I will check and see if she received any fitness reimbursements @ a month)on 8/23/who did she speak too? and about what? canceling? and 9/3/and 9/5/17 fitis open hours we are not staffed hours.her profile shows all is good with her fob she set up auto pay via checking accountI will cancel her membership immediately Victoria *** *** ***

the month of May and I was billed again.  This morning I received a cancellation notice, and the refund of the payments for the last 2 months. The owner also emailed and apologized.
