Review: I used to attend Bootcamp sessions with this trainer on and off for about a couple years now and than I read on their website that they do one on one sessions including meals so I decided to enquire about it via text with the trainer [redacted] early this year around January. He gave me a quote of $400 12 workout session for the month and meals prepped included. Because I got injured I waited to heal and than started back on my workout around late June and than discussed with trainer that I would like to start on the one on one session when able. On July 20th I messaged him asking how would he like to be paid for for the session, he replied cash, so I gave him half of the $400 as discussed and gave him the remaining half on the 28th ( no receipt but proof via text message) of July at the 6am session he had with the group. I than messaged him my availability on the 30th as requested to let him know the days and hours I could train. We were suppose to start training in August but they hosted a competition on the 8th and than he told me that he was taking a vacation the week after that so I agreed to start the following month/September. Didn't get around to our first session till Friday the 10th after I had to send him a message to see what was going on. Up till then, no correspondence from him and nothing regarding the meals as agreed as part of the package deal. So I asked him after the session about the meals and he said that the owner of the place where he got the meals from was on vacation and that he would get back to me. I messaged him my email like he asked and up to this point I'm disappointed and frustrated with how's his handled things. I've emailed him and the co-owner on the 23rd of this month and never got a reply from him.I even followed up with a message on the 29th and all I got was do you have [redacted] and replied no and never heard back from him. This is just bad business and false advertising on their website for a service they can't fulfill and very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: A refund is all I want. Money order or cashiers check mailed to my address.
