I am rejecting this response because:There was no water displacement due to cover holding waterI have been a pool owner for years and never has this happened We remove water from cover over the fall and winter months The cover was not laying on the water in the pool the level was way below the cover when pool was opened We know the pool is years old Fit N Fun was the company that installed it which is why I had them install the new liner last year They did mention a place to find the leak but it would be at OUR expense Cost for more water and the the leak detection service It will another $to have the pool refilled with water after we install a new liner We bought the pool from Fit N Fun and have bought supplies from their store many times over those years now we purchased a new liner that is not working we expected better customer service

did not hear back from the consumer.This spring, the consumer took the cover off and noticed the water level was done This can happen when the water is displaced due to the cover holding water all winter The consumer was told to refill the pool with another 1' of water and see if the problem continues The business went out three times and they didn't see anything The last time they went out they actually walked around inside the pool They used blue dye to see if there was a leak No leak was found The business has referred the consumer to a company in Kent that can do further leak detection Once the location of the leak has been determined, the business will be happy to repair it
