Fit 4 Life

I called into the company before the billing due date,the beginning of june to cancel my membership because I had underlining health issues.The company was suppose to be closed due to covid anyway, and the opened the business and wasn't suppose too. The male employee stated that the manger sued the governor to be opened and to my knowledge it only suppose to be for people that have to exercise and the company is opened to everyone. I called into the company and spoke to a male employee and told him to cancel my membership because I had health issues and could not come in to cancel to be exposed to that. He told me that he canceled my membership and that it would be no repercussions for canceling and that I did not have anything due.After telling me my membership was canceled and I had nothing due, they tried to pulled funds from my account a couple of times and I had to change my card . A few weeks later I received a called from their collection agency stating that I had a bill due for $40. I explained to the collection agency about my conversation with the male employee who was suppose to cancel my membership and who said I had nothing due and that it would be no repressions. They stated that they would contact the company and get back with my if they needed anything. I told the collection agency I was gonna report it to Revdex.com and she said she did not care. I called into fit 4 life multiple times and first no one will help me so I went to the place and noticed that no was one social distancing and they was not sanitizing the equipment. So I told them the issue and left and nothing was done. So I kept calling them no would help me they told me they would tell the manager and I never got contacted by anyone . I called and got a hold of the manger one time and she said she would look into it and contact me back , and she never did . They are very unprofessional and they keep adding to my bill.
