4/24/18 I agreed to do business with this company to evade some stressful issues in my life. I was currently going through a separation along with being in nursing school and working a fulltime job. I'm also a single parent of four children. To continue with the membership agreement I had to make three payments of 666.67 to total out. I only managed to make two payments because I could not afford to make the third as a result of me having to resign from my job to finish school. Once Osayi (business owner) and I had a chance to discuss the matter I felt cheated because he stated that he was not refunding me any of my money and that once I make the last payment that I continue my workout regimen. In addition, didn't think it was fair being as though I only attended about ten classes. Osayi stated that I had about 35-38 sessions left and that I had signed a form that I don't remember signing which left me in a difficult spot because he was not trying to work with me. I'm able to estimate the days I attended through text with my trainer and they consist of 4/25, 4/26, 5/9, 5/14, 5/17, 6/6, 6/7, 6/12, 6/14, & 6/17.
