I ordered products and was charged, but not all products were delivered. I have contacted the company 3 times over 2 weeks with no response.
Order # W-XXXXXX made on Aug 23,2020. Total: $77.44, company charged full amount at the time of purchase. No shipping confirmation was ever sent. Products delivered 9-1-2020. Product was missing, another was damaged.
Contacted company via email on Aug 31 to request shipping confirmation and tracking. Contacted company via email 9-1-2020 about missing item. Contacted company via their website "contact request " form on 9-2-2020. No response has been made.

Desired Outcome

Refund or replacement.

Company responded after Revdex.com contact and issued a refund for missing product. Compliant is resolved, but company would not have corrected issue without Revdex.com involvement. Thank you for your assistance!

Order no XXXXXX_XXXXXXXX placed on Buy Wow website on June 25 2020, Next day status changed to delivered, But product was never delivered.
I had placed an order on Buy Wow website as a guest user on June 25 2020, The next day order status was changed to Delivered. However I never received my shipment. I tried calling the Ecom Express, courier partner and found out that that delivery person contact no. Does not exist in real, It was a fake contact number. I had dropped several emails to Buy Wow official website and Got response from their representative named Jennifer, That they are looking into it. However No satisfying action has been taken yet, Nor did they answered my request for refund. The order amount is

We apologize for the delay in receiving the package, as well as the any inconvenience experienced in attempting to get in touch with our team and third party courier.

We have since been in touch with ***, and initiated a reshipment of the full order, which was successfully delivered on July 3rd.

We certainly don't think this is an acceptable way to treat our customers, and we are sorry that this is the experience that *** had with WOW.

Buy Wow not responding to my emails to cancel order.Phone numbers are recordings unable to leave a message. I want a Refund not product
Found Company Buy Wow on facebook not Fit and Glo but same address and numbers. Placed an order online. Order No. WXXXXXX for shampoo and conditioner 6-6-20 for $58.38 with my debit card. Called to cancel right after 855-790-9229 and 888-884-7533. Both Recordings can't leave message. Emailed [email protected] 5 times still no reply. I believe from other peoples complaints on facebook products are not available but will ship when in stock or it's a scam. I want a Refund not product. I don't have account.

I sent an email to this Company on facebook this morning where they were answering all questions from consumers. I don't think they liked my question online for everyone to see but they did contact me ASAP and asked for my email and order number. After approximately 2 hours they sent an email saying the order was cancelled and will be refunded. Nothing yet but this is what they wrote to me.
Thank you so much for your help in this matter and hopefully this will be done soon.

We apologize for the lack of response from our customer service team.

We have since been in touch with ***. The order has been cancelled, and we have initiated a refund for the full purchase price, including shipping, on June 15th, returning back to the account used to make the initial purchase. The refund may take up to 10 business days depending on the processing time at the bank.

We certainly don't think this is an acceptable way to treat our customers, and we are sorry that this is the experience that *** had with WOW.

I accept their response and they did refund my money. This is an unfortunate experience and hopefully the customer service team will improve from this mistake. Thank you to the Revdex.com for your help in this matter.

I ordered shampoo AND conditioner, took over 2 weeks to get to me, only received conditioner and emailed them numerous times and never got response
purchased shampoo and conditioner on may 9th and didnt get delivered until may 21st. when I got the package I only had the conditioner. I went to the website to email them to see where the shampoo was and if it was possibly still in transit and never got a response I emailed them for and entire week waiting for a response and still to this day nothing. after the emails I thought id go to the social media platform instagram and I tried messaging them from there and still got nothing, I tried emailing one more time once again nothing, not to mention the fact that I was scammed into a subscription which I never signed up for and wanted cancelled immediatly and as you could assume couldnt even get that. I want to send this conditioner back because what the *** am I supposed to do with just conditioner and I want my $40 refunded back because its honestly so ridiculous at this point and from what ive heard they do this a lot with there customers, they scam them into a subscription and when a person needs help they ignore them.

Hello,

We apologize for the lack of response from our customer service team, and for the incomplete package delivered.

We have since been in touch with ***, and have initiated a refund for the full purchase price, including shipping, on May 29th, returning back to the account used to make the initial purchase. The refund may take up to 10 business days depending on the processing time at the bank.

There is no need for the conditioner to be returned, and we have sent out the shampoo that was not included in the first order with an estimated delivery date of June 8th, at no cost to the customer.

We have verified that there is no active subscription on this account.

We certainly don't think this is an acceptable way to treat our customers, and we are sorry that this is the experience that *** had with WOW.

I'am not able to contact anyone from Buy Wow, I simply want to cancel my subscription. On there website there is no option to cancel only to order more product. I contacted them through email after many attempts to contact by telephone with no success. Through email they sent me a video of how to cancel subscription. The only problem is they sent me a video of a totally different website then the one that is currently online. Therefore I'am unable to cancel.

I wanted to cancel my subscription and they did that so i'am satisfies now.

They claim I ordered a subcription. I bought a one time purchase! They sent a second shipment and billed my credit card!.. I cannot contact them!
I ordered a one time purchase of shampoo & conditioner from them. 3 months later I recieved another shipment saying it was a "subscription" I never agreed to that!!!!! I have written 2 emails and sent a text message on Face Book & clled 3 times today. I cannot talk to a person!!! I want them to cancel this subrscription that I never agreed to and stop billing me and stop sending me things I do not want!!!! And I want a CONFIRMATION that that has been Done!!! ASAP Thank You

Requesting refund
On 6/15/19 I purchased the starter pack of the shampoo/conditioner, thru their website. I received the product and after a month of using it not satisfied. Requested a refund on 7/23/19 and agreed to a 50% refund. Today, 7/24/19, I received the following message: Hi ***! We apologize for all the inconvenience this may have caused you. Upon checking on your order information, we noticed that you requested in the past to have the 2 packs removed from your order. Unfortunately, due to this request, your order was not shipped so we can't refund your order. Again, I am so sorry for all the inconvenience.

Yet they charged my account $32.35. Been trying to tell them that I received the product at the end of June. I even sent them a picture of the items and a copy of the charge to my account. Only to be told again about not going to refund my funds: We are very sorry to about it but since you requested in the past to have the 2 packs removed from your order, your order was not shipped so we can't refund your order. I would like to apologize again from all the inconvenience that this may have caused you.

A full refund for what they say supposedly wasn't shipped.

Unfortunately I was not able to locate correspondence from you so have made sure that all of our customer experience representatives are aware that all orders are eligible for return as long as they are within the 60-day guarantee that we offer. There is no policy that once an order has been altered it cannot be returned or refunded. I have confirmed that your full refund has been processed in our system, please allow for processing time by your bank or card company. You will find a separate message has been sent to you containing your refund confirmation details. Again, we do sincerely apologize that you were given incorrect information and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are taking measures to prevent this unfortunate situation from occurring again. Please know that our goal is to provide all of our customers with a truly WOW experience both with our products and our customer service.

I subscribed to receive their shampoo product. I decided I wanted to cancel. I got on my account to try to cancel and there is no where on the site that allows for this. I called their contact number over ten times. The recording says there is higher than normal volume of calls and then it just hangs up on you. I have emailed them and they sens me a youtibe video with directions to a completely different website than their own. I have been on a mission to cancel for over and hour and can not figure out how to.

In an effort to do this more efficiently we have created clearer automated responses as well as increased the amount of our customer service representatives. Our customer portal at mywowvip.com was intended to add more transparency and greater control of your subscription account including communications and cancellations.

I do see that your subscriptions service was cancelled on 6/12 per your request, and we did receive your response with valuable feedback on the process. We also offer a full refund of any unwanted product. Simply write RETURN TO SENDER on the unwanted delivery and USPS will get it back to us. Let us know when it is picked up or if you decide to drop it off at your local post office. As soon as it has been scanned by USPS we issue your full refund immediately.

Tried contacting company regarding a mistake with an order placed but when I called, about 15 times, no one answers. Recording states they will try to find an agent to assist me but at exactly 2:15 recording states they cannot find anyone and to leave a message with you contact info. I did this but still have not heard back. There was a glitch on their website and I ended up ordering more than I needed and wanted to cancel my order.

Good afternoon Tanya,

I have attached a few screenshots as documentation. As I have said they have refunded me the money for the incorrect purchase but I still want to file the complaint. Their customer service is severely lacking. I have reached out to them regarding my order and was told that I can track it but did not provide a tracking number. I emailed them to get them tracking number and was told once it ships then I would receive another email with that information. But according to one of the screen shots I sent you the order has been shipped. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the phone number provided. It keeps me on hold for 2:12 and then states they cannot find an agent to help me and tells me to leave my information. But does not say when they will get back to me. This has been going on for more than a week. They do respond to me on Facebook messenger but it takes them a while for that too. Please let me know if there is anything else you need.
