I understand what the attached is? We run a six week challenge, she didn't sign up for the challenge, she signed up for a membership, which was fully signed by her and was attached to the email I sent a few days agoThis email has zero relevance to her signing up for a membership, the contract she signed outlines what she would be charged, when, how much, on what date and the cancelation policy which she didn't abide byI am not sure what else I need to explain here She signed a contract, made a mistake and didn't cancel in time and is now trying to justify her mistake but blaming us Again, her contract is attachedSigned

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: it is all liesI have the email where I rsvp'd to a week challenge Not a few weeks freeI still have the email if need beI also spoke to the female trainer and she apologized and informed me that they constantly give people the run around I know exactly what I signed up for and It was not a few weeks freeThe only reason I signed that form is because he told me it as necessary to be a part of the challenge*** said it was a formalityMy true discounted rate was supposed to be minus the amount of weight I lost This is a bait and switch. Sincerely,*** ***

We have the easiest system around in the sense of gym memberships, we offer no long term commitment, people pay as they go and if you would like to cancel, all you must do is send us a notice 5 days before your charge date.

[redacted] did not do that and has tried to blame us for every...

reason under the sun for why it is our fault. As you can see in the attached pdf, is her signed copy of her contract. We even gave her a discounted rate and a few free weeks before her charge date would go through. We have no cancelation request, just an ongoing thread of nasty emails. Her charge date was the 21st she did not email in until the 28th asking it to be refunded.

Again, her contract is attached. Signed.
