To Whom lt May Concern:l am Besim O***, a current general manager at Fit Gym in PhiladelphiaOur gym is privateiy owned,and does not have any other branches except this one at [redacted] I have taken over this position since June 1“, Our gym has part-time employees.Tojoin our gym, a prospective member must pay the initiation fee of $(discounts are applicabledepending on the type of membership the member is trying to join in)We currently use [redacted] as asoftware to sell products and services to Qur prospective and current membersPrevious managementshave utilized [redacted] as a tool to sell products and services.If a member comes in and tries to join our gym, we, initially, look them up in [redacted] la nd [redacted] inspeci?c cases) to see if the person has previously been a memberIn cases where we cannot find thename of the person in either software, then we ask the members to bring something as a proof thatthey have been part of Fit Gym in the past.in case the member cannot provide any proof, but wants to join a yearly membership, we give a hugediscount at the initiation fee [redacted] can, absolutely, return to ourfacility and discuss the matter.We will gladly try to find a middle solution for both partiesShe can bringa proofthat she has been partof the gym previously since we cannot ?nd her in either software.We will, absolutely, try to accommodate her as neededWe will still follow our policies, but we are morethan happy to give her a discount, if not waive, the initiation fee in case she decides to come back anddiscuss the matterIf she has been a member previously then initiation fee wiil absolutely be waived.Please, feel free to reach out to me via e-mail: [redacted] or phone number [redacted] ***, anytime during the day.Besim O***iGeneral Manager at Fit Gym
