Thank you so much for escalating this issue to us.We are currently ramping up our call center and email team due to the company growth We also had to replace of our workers in the call center and train new agents Our hold times during that time frame and currently are
slightly elevated depending the time of the day.The new agent that placed her full refund, including the shipping, did not process the refund correctly in our system He issued the refund through the wrong system.I did push through the refund as you can see in the image.We also reached out to the client today to talk to her about the order She was rude, which I understand due to the circumstance, and was not willing to talk on the phone without threats of contacting her attorney, when we simply wanted to tell her about the refund.We did get this taken care of today Her refund will reflect in her account in 5-business days depending on her banks policies and procedures.Please let me know if you need any more information.Have an amazing Friday! If you just want one bottle of Organifi Green Juice to try....DO'N'T DO IT!!!!.....they will automatically enroll you on a monthly subscription and charge you every month I chose to only received one time only and they still enrolled me to a monthly subscription, I would have never ordered if my only option was a monthly subscription Now I have to waist my time to call, cancel my subscription, in which I never enrolled and check my cc statements every month to make sure they don't charge me again Quite frankly I think this is a scam and they are shady A reputable company will not do that nor try to take you for a quick buck DON'T DO IT....TRUST ME

This was refunded in full, through our system, ClickBank Her bank has received the funds on 6/28/in the amount of $ According to our bank and records, we do not owe this client any money.Also- We do not have an employee name "***", nor have we ever.I do see that our
communication with her was primarily through email She did request a refund, her account is cancelled, and her refund was granted, IN FULL.Thank you

However, I do want to point out that when I call they're number all you get is a voicemail, they can deny anyone calling because a voicemail can be eraised.

Dear Revdex.com-We are currently experiencing shipping issues.  However they are being resolved.  We did refund this customers MasterCard in the amount of 153.94 as you can see below.  She did reorder again-  I am not sure why there was an issue with her order....

 However-  in both of our account we are not able to refund the Amex. Card due to a charge back attempt.  In a chargeback attempt, not only does it fine our company, it returns the funds to her account per her bank.Our shipping issues are being worked out, thank goodness- and we have hired more support to help with our clients.  All part of growth in a business.  None of this was intentional.I have requested even though we are suspecting a chargeback, that we send her out a paper check in the amount of 153.94- which was the charge on her Amex. Card.  I have no other way of refund this asides from physically sending her out a check.If she did dispute the charges and got the funds returned to her, this would be a double refund on our behalf.As long as she is taken care of.  Once I have tracking of the physical check, I will gladly email her.Please contact me at [redacted] if you need more information.

Review: I ordered an ebook from them & they never sent a link or instructions to download the book, they charged my card. I keep trying to call & I get a voice mail, I tried emailing & the emails keep bouncing back. I want my money back!!!Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.
