On August 25th 2018, I purchased two lotions from Gleam and Glow as part of a "free trial"The amount paid was only for shipping and was paid via Mastercard online: Order # XXXXXX - $ Order # XXXXXX - $ There was no visible mention that I would be entered into a subscription service and had days to cancel before becoming enrolledI did not receive any notice or information in an email re: my account information or the start of the trialI find this to be very shadyThere is also no place online to sign in to an account and check on orders, etc On September 12th (one day after the day period) I noticed two charges on my credit card, one for $and one for $This was a surprise to me because, as already mentioned, I was unaware that I was entering into a monthly subscription service I immediately contacted customer support who agreed to cancel my account; however, instead of allowing a refund, they tried to offer me more "free products"

I saw an article online (As/Is) offering a Free day trial ( just pay shipping)I tried to email them because I never receive shipping confirmations of my order, and when it did arrive they had shipped it in package, even though I had to pay shipping individually Well today I noticed two charges of $and another of $109.79, when I called in the gentleman assisting me was so ***! He started sassing me telling me it was my fault and wouldn't answer my questions [redacted] I want to sent the products back and get a refund, but they refuse

I also ordered and paid for the free trial of cream (that you promoted) like the last person who reviewed to see if I liked this product and unbeknownst to me....was charged for a FULL payment of this productI did not authorize this transactionThe authorization I approved and the confirmation of payment I received from your company was emails for the total of $& $I have been charged for $and in addition $on Sept 15th for the Skin Remedy AND Skin CremeThere was NO INDICATION of the 18day trial period (in addition nothing in the package received)I was only offered 50% discount and have now lodged a disputed claim and will continue to report your company should I not hear from one of your representatives within a 48hr period

I ordered a free trial of skin care products that was supposed to cost There was no indication on the website that there were any other charges involved and they used [redacted] to promote itShortly after receiving the product my visa was billed an additional When I called the company the customer rep said that I agreed to this by checking a boxI was very careful to make sure there were no hidden costs when I orderedHe said I must have misunderstood and refused to refund my money

I ordered a free trial of Gleam & Glow Mosturizer and Eye CreamI contacted the company via e-mail on September 2, (17th day) to cancel any subscription that I realized I may have agreed to (in the fine print) I also phoned the customer service number and left a messageMy message was left at 12:a.mon September 3rd (18th day) I received an e-mail response offering me a VIP membershipI responded that I was not interested and still wanted to cancelI also told them that they had charged by credit card on September 3, and since this was after I cancelled, I wanted my money refunded They responded that I needed to callI said I'd left a message on the 17th day Today (September 4), I called and spoke to [redacted] (Extension ***)He told me that I needed to speak with someone and they have no record of my callI told him that I had a record and could forward it to himHe said that wouldn't matter and said he cannot refund the additional charges (and 99.79)

[redacted] I too did the same as others, got my trial and paid the shipping charges then bam was charged and without that being authorized, called, emailed and was told the same no refund blah blah cant help you, I want my [redacted] money back!!!!!

I spent over an hour on the phone after realizing I'd had $charged to my credit cardI don't care what the "FINE PRINT" says, there in no way should be an automatic sign up to a company when you're clicking on a free trial optionI was told it wasn't a free sample (because that was the word I was using) but a free TRIALThe most misleading, [redacted] link I've ever followedCan't believe I was so gullibleBut worse, when I called in to demand my money back, I was told I was too lateEven after I found another clause that allows you to return the product if you're unhappy with it, they still wouldn't allow me because it was openWell how could I know if I was unhappy with it if the packaging was still sealed?!?! Then, when I received a second shipment of the same thing, I told them the box was still sealed and nope, they wouldn't accept that eitherThe ad is STILL on the internet [redacted] I want my money back, not the "free" products they sent to make up for it!! [redacted]

I tried the free trial and was unaware there was an day time limit, before I would be charged a subscription to the productI was charged to my credit cardI called them, and told them I did not want this product I wanted a refund I wanted to not be subscribedThey finally agreed to give me only half my money backI just want my refund and I dont want the products

[redacted] offered a free gift for filling out a survey Posing as [redacted] I filled out the survey and paid the shipping Got a call a few minutes later that I didn't pay enough shipping, it was actually more Alarm bells started to go off and I told her, no, I don't want the product, and would not pay the extra shipping WellGot it anyways, and then was shocked when I received another Checked my credit card and I was charged twice even though I only received bottle I called the number on the box when I received it and they said it was in the terms and conditions I knew NOTHING of this being a subscription They offered me 50% back of one of $charges [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] I want a FULL refund like every one else!!!

I saw an ad for a free trial & decided to try it outUpon ordering, I was taken to various pop ups that unknowingly, was adding products to my orderI did not find out about the added products until after going through the payment processI decided to keep the items and try them outI received an email invoice for each of the items for a total of $I received the items and now I see that in ADDITION to the original amount which I was quoted, I have ALSO been charged another $because I was not aware of the day trial policyThere was no indication about this policy at the time of ordering, nor is anything listed on the invoice eitherAs well, I am now enrolled in an auto ship program where they will continue to charge me for items I do not want nor agree to pay forI have contacted the company about this and can get no responseI can not comment on the products, but the cost is too high with all the hidden fees

[redacted] I ordered and paid for the free trial of cream (that you promoted) to see if I liked this product and unbeknownst to me....was charged for a FULL payment of this product I did not authorize this transaction The authorization I approved and the confirmation of payment I received from your company was emails for the total of $& $ I have been charged for $and in addition $on Sept 12th for the Skin Remedy AND Skin Creme There was NO INDICATION of the 18day trial period (in addition nothing in the package received) I have lodged a disputed claim and will continue to report your company should I not hear from one of your representatives within a 48hr period

I signed up for a free trial offer with the company that claimed that only shipping costs needed to be paidThe products arrived and my credit card was charged for the shippingA few weeks later November 1, I noticed two charges on my credit card from [redacted] pureskin for $and [redacted] goodskin for $When I called Gleam and Glow, they said that I had signed up for a subscription when I made the purchase and that because I hadn't called to cancel within days and returned the products, I was now on the hook for those chargesI promptly cancelled the 'subscription' but they were not willing to reverse the chargesSo far my credit company is not willing to dispute the transactions either [redacted]

[redacted] Back in June I ordered a free sample and had to submit my credit card for a small shipping fee - this company then enrolled me in automatic shipments which I was not aware or agreed to in any way I contacted them today and found out I was charged over $in July snd September for products I didn't order After arguing on the phone they agreed to refund my money for the September shipment but I'm still out $for July When the shipment comes you are only given a tracking number from Canada Post and no bill or contact information Only a phone number for customer service and no company name [redacted]

Gleam & Glow Skin care Order number XXXXXX Gleam & Glow anti aging Moisturizer cream ordered date September 26, amount $ Order number XXXXXX Gleam & Glow advance eye treatment ordered date September 26, amount $ payment method: credit card They charge me worth $for this product last October 13, I don't even notice that that product is need to return or else they charge me morei ask refund and send back the product since is not yet open yet but the customer service said its not allowed because I only have days to return, instead she offer a free product but how can I accept again.hope I can refund even half too much expensive.thanks

In June I accepted an offer of one delivery of skin products, to be paid for via Mastercard That one only delivery turned into monthly deliveries for which I did not agree

Free trial offers turns into monthly subscription without proper notification

I ordered it once and now they are sending me more without my approvalI tried to call the number and it does not work and when I send an email it comes back and says not deliverable How do I get this company to stop sending me this product and charging it to my Visa? Thank you

Gleam and glow Got my money for sample, added products that I didn't order, without my permission, and charged full price for it They have your credit card and keep charging and sending the creams, but now they charge full price, $and $for sample sizeThe cream is not even good to use as a shoe polish, and [redacted] 's face is attached to this ***I only trusted to try this cream because she was a "spokesperson " for this company, seeing advertising in one of magazinesWhen contacted customer service on Phillipins for company, that supposedly located in North York, Ontario, Canada, they refused to return the money [redacted] I want my money back!!!!

Agreed online to a free trial offer of Gleam and Glow skin cream and was charged Augfor shippingDid not receive any email confirmation, account number, invoice or membership information with the product that would suggest that further billing would occur or what that billing would entail (such as date of billing or price of product)I received my September credit card bill to discover that I had been charged $I contacted my credit card company, the day the bill arrived, September 25th and they tried to help me find a number to contact the companyIt was not the correct number but I went online to find customer support at Gleam and Glow later that eveningI contacted customer support via e-mail on September 26th requesting a refund and cancellation of any type of account as my credit company informed me that somewhere in the terms and conditions loop hole the company was able to automatically charge meThe company responded offering to resolve the issue and asked me to

On or about Sept 8, 2018 information popped up on my computer for a trial size bottle of gleem and glow eye treatment. I saw this on the show [redacted] and wanted to try this product. The company offered to send this item for free and I only had to pay the shipping of $5.94. I put in my information and gave my MC as shipping payment. It offered the moisturizer and I was not interested in that so I did not click on it. The computer screen blinked at the end of the order and it appears it was done however I ended up paying (separately) for the shipping on the moisturizer as well! This charge was $4.95. It came in the mail to my surprise with the moisturizer (which I did not order). I let this go considering the small amount being charged for shipping. I then received my next credit card statement for Sep-Oct and discovered 2 unidentified charges on Sep 26/18 for skincare and facecream. The charge for the eye treatment was $99.97 and $109.79 for the facecream. I was shocked at the pric
