Refusal to come to a reasonable solution due to last complaint. Refusing me services I paid upfront for My initial complaint was in regards to the company insisting I owed them more money for personal training and refusing to allow me entrance into the gym even though my membership was up to date...

and current. The manager at fitness evolution was refusing to allow me access to the gym because she said I owed more money for personal training. When I signed up for the gym and for the promotional offer they were offering for personal training I paid everything in full. Two and a half weeks later the manager calls me saying I owe them money and stated for every day I did not pay I was going to be charged an additional five dollars. I immediately informed her that I was never aware of the fee nor was I finished with my initial training sessions. She continued to say it didn't matter and that I had to pay or she was going to send me to collections. For the past two and a half weeks she has been calling multiple times, left multiple text messages and voice mails regarding the money I supposedly owed. Then she proceeded to involve my personal trainer and had him calling and texting my phone since I refused to speak with her since she would not come to a reasonable resolution. Upon signing up for my membership I was never shown the contract, nor was I given a contract when I left the gym. When I asked her to send a copy to my email she stated she was unable to send one through email but could show me if I came down to the gym. She then proceeded to tell my personal trainer he could no longer train me, even though I only used six out of the twelve personal training sessions I paid for. Since dealing with the manager there, she has been nothing but a headache. She refuses to answer my questions directly regarding why I am being charged for another round of personal training sessions when the ones I already paid for haven't been used, she refuses to give me corporates number, and she continued to harass me by calling/texting me multiple times and involving my personal trainer. I politely told my trainer to not get involved because it was not his job and that my issue was not with him. He has not been involved since. She refuses to give me access to the gym and refuses to allow me the services I paid for upfront. At this point I am tired of dealing with her and no longer want to be a member of that fitness center nor do I want to do personal training with them, I feel uncomfortable and harrassed. At this point I no longer feel like a valued member , nor do I feel comfortable. The manager has been harassing me for the past couple weeks, calling and texting my phone multiple times per week and leaving voice mails insisting that I pay. I no longer wish to have anything to do with that gym. I want a refund of my money for the six unused personal training sessions that I was refused and for the money I paid for my monthly membership seeing as I was denied access for both of these services even though I already paid for them. I also want my gym membership cancelled and for the company to acknowledge that I do not owe them anything.
