I did not receive my order at all and they took over weeks to take any actionI wanted to cancel it and I had requested a cancellation and days later they shipped a replacementThe customer service is non-existentAt no point in our communication did they acknowledge that I wanted to cancel my orderThey also said they were going to "escalate" my issue and it would be handled promptlyThis did not happen at allAfter I was told that it was another few days and I was contacted with a generic email telling me they were sorry for my inconvenience In summary: horrible customer service, generic responses, no sense of urgency to solve my issue, and complete disregard for my wish to cancel my order way before they shipped a replacement

The customer service is non-existent. At no point in our communication did they acknowledge that I wanted to cancel my order. I contacted your chat service. I wanted to purchases some weight lost pills in conjunction with a previous order. I received a email saying you sell a product called WOWFIT and wanted to confirm before I ordered it that was your brand.

Your customer rep. Brian Agars (new inquires) told me " No we dont" and " I need to read the email". He seemed to have very little concern that another company may be spamming your previous customers or that they may be ruining the reputation of the brand which legally has repercussions. Which I did not mention but anyone would a business acumen would at the very least think about.

He followed my inquiry with "Anything else?". When I asked why he was being so short and rude. He replied sorry to hear you feel that way and if there is nothing else I can close the chat" . The whole experience was unpleasant and I do plan on reporting this to the Revdex.com. Although I enjoy the product, you rep literally swayed me against purchasing a product during our chat. Congrats ! Oh and customers please be careful with your personal information.

I am very active and energetic after I started to use fit tea. I lost weight and now I am having a better life now. Highly recommended tea detox.I ordered the 28 day detox tea and absolutely love it. After 4 days I lost 2.5lbs. It curbs my appetite and tastes great. I have ordered the Fit Tea Pro Pack. So excited to get started on the fat burners as well.

I started using Fittea over a year and a half ago. I initially purchased it as a detox and used it faithfully everyday. It was amazing! It did everything it said and more, it curbed my appetite, last month I found out that it lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels, that was incredible. During the period of time that I have been buying Fittea it has become my best friend. I drink a cup every morning when I get up. Best purchase that actually does what is proposes.
