I called the business and one the owners told me over the telephone that I could cancel my membership in writing which I did
A few months passed and I received a very rude phone call from apparently a possible unscrupulous attorneys office
The attorneys office stated that they were calling me to collect a debt, which I did not owe, or they were going to report me to the credit bureausThe attorneys office was very rude, harsh, and unforgiving
I have been coerced out of after I did exactly as instructed by one the owners on the telephone and this was the end resultI am furious, as I have already contacted the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC as well as the Texas Attorney General in Austin, and they support me 100%Obviously, you cannot give someone instructions on the phone and then add stipulations after you followed the original instructions in a business operation

We have dealt with this man on and off for a while now, each time he is very rudeHe was never told that he could cancel his membership because he was still in his contract which he signedHe knows this as we have told him multiple times, but he insists on continuing to lie and
misconstrue the situation

I am rejecting this response because: the owner told me on the telephone that all I had t o do was submit cancellation in writing. Which was not the case. They are an unetical a corrupt business operation.
