Then will be resolved before months endWith the refund Certified funds being Mailed to ***! We have already mentioned that to herSo know here is public record acknowledging the complaint

It is apparent that Clarence doesn't believe in providing excellent customer service and doing the right thingI knew I was entering into a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE contract and did hesitate because I knew regardless of my experience I would be entitled to my money back The bottom line is Clarence charged my credit card BEFORE we discussed what we wanted to do for the remaining two months of the contract Why didn't he ask me before he stole my money? Because he is sneaky and unethical knowing that I wasn't getting the results he promised and guaranteed He was unable to provide me with quality training that produced results and never provided me with nutrition like he promised He made multiple promises and did not follow through with ANY of them! I know and I'm sure Clarence believes in repeat and referral business and understands social media plays an important role for business's todayI could never refer someone to him and provide positive feedback about his servicesThe fact that he would not refund me my $shows that he is unethical, doesn't care and doesn't believe in providing quality customer serviceI will take this to another level if need be should Clarence still decide to do the wrong thing over $This includes going to the AG's office, the news and social media.Sincerely, [redacted]

I reject this response because I have NOT been contacted by Fit Body Club promising a Cashiers check for the amount owed to me Another lie

Please let me know.October 510/5, 8:43amClarence F[redacted]I don't check this much text me next time what do you have in mindOctober 1110/11, 4:38pm[redacted]Hi Clarence- Ultimately, I would like for you to refund the $300 that you charged me BEFORE your services were rendered. Because this was a mutual decision to break our contract the ethical thing to do would be to refund me the money. I am a single mom who does not have $300 to throw away. Due to my son's current medical condition I can not get away to meet with you. I know you care about doing what is right especially since the first time we spoke you offered me ( and others) a money back guarantee. Please be an ethical business man and do what's right.October 1110/11, 10:34pmClarence F[redacted] your contract Stated very clearly as I look at it during the typing of this response. You agreed to $900 discount rated for 3 months of training. Those payments were divided into 3 equal payments of $300. You agreed to that and signed. The contract. You were told if not happy after the 30th day of signing your contract you would be issued a full refund which would have been the original. $300. The 30 days came and past and you were charged the second $300. After that we agreed you should seek other avenues. Which we mutually agreed to. Where I told you that you would no longer be charged The contract did not state if you don't use the sessions you will get a refund. . You then said you would come back and finish out your sessions. I am sorry that your son is not doing well, but this issue is mute purely on the grounds we let you out of your contract so you didn't owe another $300. There will be NO REFUND. I am more than happy to hold your sessions till the end of the year so maybe you can start back up again, but that is it....10/11, 11:03pm[redacted]I would appreciate it if you could please email /scan me a copy of my contract as you never gave me one. My email is [redacted] Thank You.

As you can see from the correspondence Ms [redacted]  missed the cancelation date and had some personal issues and agreed to try different times, Instead of us holding her responsible for the remaining month we canceled her contract and she wasn't charged even though she was legally bound. We feel the concession  of canceling her contract was fair and offered to hold workouts available to her till the end of the year. So at this point we will not be issuing a refund. A contract is a contract. And we believed based on our initial agreement we held our end of the deal. The nonsense about her being a single mom is silly because the discount she received was because of her being a single mom. 50% of clients are single moms so the notion she was  singled out is ridiculous.
Please let  me know if you have further questions
