Jason at fitech called me the afternoon of the 11th of June to confirm I still wanted the productI was very pleased to finally get a response from themResolution is satisfactory but Jason stated my package would either shop out that day or the next and I still have not received tracking info so I can't say if it has actually shipped yet or not
