Review: I purchased a fitness and activity tracker from [redacted] through [redacted]. [redacted] is the manufacturer of this tracker, also known as [redacted]. Upon replacement of the spent battery, the device failed to reset and show the new battery level. I spent a week working with [redacted] representatives as they communicated with the manufacturer, [redacted], and they have refused to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. They offer repair of the defective device, but refuse to send a replacement for use during the repair period. I offered to return the defective device and requested a refund of my purchase price so I could purchase a replacement, and they refused.Desired Settlement: I request a replacement device or a refund of my purchase price.
