I cancelled my gym membership to The Right Stuff via letter in January 2014. They are still billing me 66 months later.
I cancelled my gym membership to The Right Stuff via letter in January 2014. This month I received a letter from ABC Financial saying I needed to update my financial information. Apparently ABC Financial purchased the gym at some point in the past 5 years. They have been charging me *** for 66 months and I want a refund! To make matters worse the ABC Financial representative would not even let me cancel (again) immediately, and they charged me for another month because I had to give 30 days notice... Stay away from this company!
Refund of *** 66 months at *** per month since I sent written notice of my membership cancellation.
There is no record of cancellation on file. There has been no change in ownership or billing for the past five years. ABC Financial has recently become our POS/Billing software, and have since cancelled the member's account and processed a refund for the most recent 6/15 billing. The attached letter does not include a receipt of mailed certified, which would help indicate if the letter was received.
Hardly get spot securely even though you got 3rd ticket by came earlier 1+1/2 hour before Zumba class start.
Zumba Instructor(Lilia *** reserved spots for her late-came friends and help her friends to squeeze first-come member' (me) spot out. Those came-late group ladies used fingers harshly pointed to me , saying loud offensive tone Spanish , lift their big *** to push your chest and say "don't hit me", then manipulate staff by saying you hit her. Lilia(Instructor) told the gym staff to kick me out and cancel my membership.
Some members (especially Zumba Instructors' friends) use water bottles, keys,. to reserve spots for their late came friends. It happened on and on.
Not fair Zumba classes to go.
Gym management team seems no way to control Zumba Instructors.
This health club does not offer an easy way to cancel membership for people that are no longer living in the Bay Area.
