I am rejecting this response because:I DO NOT consider this resolved. My money has not been refunded and I am not
using the services provided for the month of AugustI do not have any
documentation because none was providedI have searched my email and do not find the copy of the agreementI would really appreciate seeing documentation of this email being sent. The only documentation I have is what
is enclosedThese are my day cancelation papers that I signed on July 23rd
as a way of cancellingI was not told ahead of time that I was supposed to
sign these in JuneI signed them on July 23rd because at that time I would
have been charged AGAIN for SeptemberApparently I was sold the wrong package to begin withI
said up front that I only wanted monthsI believe I was mislead into
purchasing the month to monthI do not want any of the services they are
offeringI am finished using this gym

due from your payment that was declined on April 16, 2017.  We reached out to you through email a couple of times on May 1st explaining the cancellation process and that cancellations via email are not accepted as one of the methods of cancellation.  We also reached out to you via phone call, but the call was disconnected during our conversation.Fitness 19 termination: 19. Notice of termination is considered given, if by mail when postmarked, or if by hand by filling out a cancellation form at the FITNESS 19’s place of business indicated on thisAgreement. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted, nor will cancellations tendered electronically (email). Dear [redacted] Here is our documentation for complaint ID [redacted], a dispute between Fitness 19 OH 241 LLC and [redacted]  In the file attached you will see a confirmation of the receipt of the recurring service agreement, an actual copy of the signed agreement, and the cancellation form.  [redacted] is still an active member at our facility until August 22nd, 2015.   Fitness 19 is offering her an additional 3 month membership for free in order to help her use her sessions.  We feel we are not at fault and have no further resolution to this matter. every itemized line.  Members receive an electronic copy of all agreements in there Email.  If they aren't able to locate their copy, we can resend them or print them off here at the club.   In order to cancel an agreement at Fitness 19, we ask for a 30-day notice in writing.  Members are able to cancel any agreement/program here at the club with our cancellation form, via handwritten letter, or via fax at any time.  She cancelled her membership/personal training services on July 23rd, 2015, after her payment was already processed.  In order for this payment to not be processed, we would've needed her cancellation by June 22nd, 2015.  We were able to help her out by waving her 30-day notice and not charge her in August.  Her trainer was also "under the impression" that she was going to train here at our facility until August 24th.  Nothing was told to us in person, or in writing about her desire to cancel her membership prior to her billing date.  She is aware that her personal training sessions are good for up to 12 months.  Going forward, we would be willing to help her out by giving her a free 3-month membership in order to complete these sessions.
