Review: Despite my attempts to cancel in person, by mail and by phone Fitness 19 continues to collect membership payments from my bank. I moved from the San Clemente Area August of 2012 and have not stepped foot in any location of this business since except to attempt to cancel my membership. I even changed my card number but they still managed to charge my account. This business has a terrible reputation for unethical practices as can be witnessed by their reviews in local rating sites. They currently owe me a minimum of $[redacted] in unearned membership fees.Desired Settlement: Please refund $[redacted] to my credit card and recognize that I have cancelled my membership.
