I held a gym membership with this business until 2/15/18, the date I canceled (I have the cancelation document on record) My cancelation was one day before the monthly renewal which was every 16th of the month I assumed a clean slate, but to my surprise this gym is trying to bill me for the following month which would have begun a day after my cancelation on 2/16/ They claim I must pay dues days after canceling on a membership I don't and won't use This was something not disclosed at the point of purchase, on the contrary I paid my "first and last month" upfront as a deposit as shown on the receipt I have on file They market their memberships with "no contract, cancel anytime" terms which to this point have been false
