I signed up for Fitness 24/7, with the expectations that I was receiving a membership to a hour facility Days later the facility changed owners and they are no longer a hour facility I have requested to cancel and to have a complete refund as I was only able to use the facility time I received notice on 4/that they were processing paid in full requests and a phone call on 4/another individual Mike stated they had not determined refund amounts at this time and did not know when the refunds would be granted

I PAID FOR TWO FULL MEMBERSHIPS ON 1-24-WE GOT NOTICE IN MARCH THAT THEY WERE CLOSING AND ANY PAID IN FULL MEMBERSHIPS WOULD BE RFUNDED BACKWELL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUNDS AND NO ONE IS CALLING ME BACK OR EMAILING I PAID $FOR TWO FULL MEMBERSHIPS

Review: I signed up for Fitness 24/7, with the expectations that I was receiving a membership to a 24 hour facility. Days later the facility changed owners and they are no longer a 24 hour facility. I have requested to cancel and to have a complete refund as I was only able to use the facility 1 time. I received notice on 4/16 that they were processing paid in full requests and a phone call on 4/26 another individual Mike stated they had not determined refund amounts at this time and did not know when the refunds would be granted.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $300 membership fee as I had membership roughly a week before they switched owners and the new owner switched the facility away from a 24 hour facility.
