I ordered the jungle gym exercise equipment from this store and was waiting for it to arrive when I received an email from bob and he explained that he was having trouble getting this equipment from his supplier, but instead of saying I would have to wait until he could get this piece of equipment he offered me a deal, He would send me an upgraded piece instead of the original equipment, at no cost to me. I an extremely pleased with the customer service I received. You do not received this type of customer service in this day and age.

I recently purchased a functional trainer machine from this store. It was not a piece of equipment I was very familiar with and [redacted] was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions about the machine I purchased and other options. I never felt pressured in fact after a week went by I decided to buy the machine. It was a floor model and I felt that he gave me an incredible deal on it. The machine was delivered through their delivery service and it's we could not be happier with it. Definetly hope to do more business with this company.
