Review: I paid for 2 pieces of strength training equipment from [redacted] at Fitness Dynamics on December 11th 2012. I was forced to wire the money to him before he would ship the equipment. It is now May 2nd 2013 and I have not received my equipment and he has stopped responding to me when I try to contact him. I was promised that I would receive my two pieces by December 19th 2012 and ever since then he has had some story and reason why I have not received my equipment. I asked for my money back in late January and he will not send me my money either. I have asked for a refund several times. [redacted] essentially stole $7500 from me.Desired Settlement: I really just want my money back. I would like him to refund me my money so I can buy my strength equipment from someone else. I have lots of email exchanges between us if that helps? I can send them in if needed.

I received one piece of equipment over eleven months late. I paid for two pieces of equipment and to this day have only received one of them. Also the equipment that was delivered to my business was left outside. It weighs over 1000 lbs and it was left out in the cold and the snow. It was snowing when it was delivered so then I was forced to find blankets to cover the equipment so that it would not get damaged. I was not informed that it was even going to be delivered on the date it was dropped off. The equipment was not brought into my facility nor was it installed. I was able to get four other guys to come over and help, but this was after the equipment had already been sitting outside for 12 hours and after about 3 hours, with their help we were able to get the equipment inside my facility. Tthen it took another 3 days for me to get the equipment installed and working. I am also still owed $3000 because I only received one of the two pieces of equipment. I still want $3000 from Fitness Dynamics.

Customer [redacted], asked for, in replacement of the less expensive medx machines, If I would send him a Medx Leg Press, and if I agreed he would close this matter out, which I agreed to, See emails.

1. inclosed is ryan [redacted] email to me ( what he wanted to satisfy him as a customer, and he agreed to contact the Revdex.com, and the calif attorney general, I agreed, and I had fedx ground ship him a medx leg press as we agreed.

2. email to Revdex.com shows on november 13th 2013. I emailed to [redacted] a pictures of the exact medx leg press that I agreed to send to him.

3. I emailed to the Revdex.com, A email from DLS- world wide, our shipper that FEDX Ground delivered to [redacted], the Medx Leg press as we agreed in the emails. The Medx Leg press was shipped to him And ryan franz signed the proof of delivery document on november 2, 2013

My company has delivered to [redacted] what he requested in the emails between him, and me.

I Agreed to his request, and followed through on our agreement.

Review: I am a Chiropractor that resides in the tri-state area that purchased an adjusting table from [redacted]. The pictures that were shown wasnt the table that was received. The table I received was damaged and old. For the last year he has said he was going to give me a new table in exchange that never happened, he also said that he was going to send a full refund and that didnt happen. Now he isnt returning phone calls. He has been extremely difficult to deal with. The total cost of the table was 3,000... I am now practicing with 1 table in my office which is completely unacceptable. At this point I have no other way of contacting him or receiving me money back.
