I highly recommend finding a different rental if you are considering a rental managed by Ledingham I had to call numerous times over an issue they said would be fixed before we moved in
When we had to move out and terminate our lease early due to a job relocation, they were glad to respond when it benefited them, like getting the $re-listing fee from us, but when we had any issue/concern we never got a response or any acknowledgement after multiple voicemails and emails
We even found them a new renter, and they promised the house to her, but then went ahead with some other tenant
They gouge you with fees and as I am waiting for my deposit back still (weeks after moving out), I am sure even though we left the house in great condition they will find anyway to steal our deposit from us based on the other reviews I have read
They are too much about the business and seem to care less about the actual people they work with Just spare yourself and DO NOT deal with this company!!
