To whom it may concern:This letter is in response to a recent complaint that the Revdex.com received on behalf of a customer of ours.For reference, this was complaint ID # ** ***.The customer claims that they received and returned a damaged part that was ordered through us and was overdue for a refundThis letter is to confirm that the customer's complaint was valid, and as such a full refund was issued to the credit card we had on file for the customer's original orderThe refund was for the full amount originally paid for the part ($183.56)That refund was issued on 2-17-2016.Please let us know if there are any other issues that we need to address in regards to the complaint.Thank you,David M
