My name is [redacted] and, I am the new Property Manager that took over managing [redacted] on April 3, I was approached by the current fitness equipment maintenance contractor ( [redacted] )for the building, that I need to replace the walking belts and decks for the three treadmills in the gymI provided the approval for the contractor to complete the work [redacted] completed the workI was informed by my colleague that the walking belts and deck was already replaced prior to my time at the buildingI reached out to Fitness Serve contact [redacted] who supposedly completed the work to provide me with a work order or service report that indicates that he completed the repair work on the treadmillHe promised to send the document to me the next dayI did not receive it and, I have been trying to contact him but he is not returning my phone calls after I have left several messagesThe building has hour conciergeThere is no record of Fitness Serve ever
