Went through drive order a burger w bacon , fries and a chicken wrap w no ranch ticket no was ***The bacon was raw, I was digusted just looking at it Thicken wrap had ranch on itWhich smelled sourNone if the food was eatenSo I called the next morning and spoke w manager at store about it he was rude and said to bring it back w receipt I said I can now bc my daughter goes in break by your store and she won't have time to come home get it and come back and explain to someone else what's going on then her breaks over.So he automactically called me a liar bc he said people lie all.the time for free foodI said I told you I was bringing it to you now w receipt.He said no we're not opened I'm.going to the bank and told me to call 1-800number I called them and a girl named *** was just as rude said sorry I can send out couponI said I want this resolved todayShe was rudeThere are nothing but young kids running this place and don't deliver quality food like the other coo

My complaint is that I cancelled the Fitness Unlimited Membership in a timely manner. Fitness Unlimited needs to stop billing my credit card and me. I [redacted] and my daughter went into Fitness Unlimited on June 3, 2014 around 5 o'clock pm. I was going there to inquire information about a membership for myself and my daughter. There was a lady standing behind a counter and asked me how could she help me, so I told her that I just wanted information about how much it cost to join the gym for my daughter and I. She handed me a clipboard with a questionnaire on it and asked me to fill the questionnaire out. So I felt the questionnaire out, she looked over my answers and proceeded to tell me that I needed to speak to [redacted]. She then walked my daughter and me to [redacted] area and she introduced herself and I introduced myself and my daughter. [redacted] then proceeded to explain to Total Solution Program to my daughter and me, but she never said anything about the cancellation policy. She then told me to sign my name on a document on her computer and she did not explain to me what I was signing. Then [redacted] told me that she was going to send the document to my e-mail address for me to read. Another customer had came in to speak with [redacted] about the Total Solution Program, so she asked another co-worker if she would finish consulting with my daughter and me. Then her co-worker finished consulting with my daughter and me then we left the building. On June 9, 2014 I [redacted] went to Fitness Unlimited for Orientation. The next time I went there was on June 11, 2014 in the morning, I spoke with one of the co-workers. I explained to her that I did not want to be apart of the Total Solution Program, However; I wanted to join the gym so my daughter and I could work out together. The coworker kept trying to convince me to stay in the Total Solution Program, but I continued to tell her that I wanted to cancel the Total Solution Program. I felt like the coworker did not like the decision that I made to cancel the Program, so she went spoke to [redacted] off to the side. Then [redacted] walked over to the desk that I was sitting at and began to ask me questions about why I wanted to cancel. Then after she could not convince me not to cancel, she said that I only had 3 days to cancel after starting the program. [redacted] was upset because I wanted to cancel the program. I asked [redacted] who was the owner and asked if I could speak with him or her. She replied that the owner was[redacted] and he was her brother. Then she stated that[redacted] was going on vacation and he could not speak with me. So, I continued to call Fitness Unlimited to speak with[redacted] about the situation but I never heard from him. I called Fitness Unlimited and left many messages but never a reply back from[redacted] the owner. [redacted] deceived me and the document is void because she did not orally inform of three day state rescission rights until June 11, 2014 when I decided to cancel membership. Also, my first attended day was June 9, 2014 around 5 o'clock pm which was orientation for new members, so this is why I do not owe Fitness Unlimited any money. I would like to request that Fitness Unlimited stop billing my credit card and me.Desired SettlementThe settlement that I am seeking is for Fitness Unlimited to stop billing my credit card and myself for services that I did not receive and that I do not want from there company. I would like to receive a total cancellation from them and an apology from [redacted] the owner.
