I asked for a return, not specifying my reason, they sent an friendly email asking if they could remedy the situation to avoid a return, once I gave it and told them I was not keeping it, they gave me a day window to return it despite the one month trial periodI returned the item on the 2nd day I received it and didn't even bother to take it out Suffice to say, the emails turned hostile or let's say unfriendly and coldI have yet to wait for the refund and update this review once I get the full refundThey charge 15% restocking if the packaging isn't to their likingSeeing that I haven't touched or dismantled their item, I don't think I would have a problem with that
I bought this machine direct from their websiteI had a Total Gym several years ago but had to give it away when I movedI was going to purchase another one until I came across the Vigorfit GymOnce I started reading what they had to say about the Total Gym and all the issues with it I was hookedAll the reviews had me soldIt was very easy to put togetherIt took me less than minutes The instructions and videos for set up that they provide make it so easy that anyone could put it togetherIf you are looking for great home gym that is fun to use you should definitely purchase a Vigorfit
Dealing with these people is one long, endless nightmarefirst of all, the other reviewer is absolutely rightThe product is unstable and poorly put togetherBut even worse is their so-called "customer service." They take all feedback as a personal attack and respond by bullying the customerThey either refuse returns or attach hidden shipping and restocking feesIt's amazing that a company so hostile and uncaring could actually stay in businessI strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs

This company truly stands behind their productI have had my gym less than a week and my new puppy chewed through the main ropeThe product has a bumper to bumper lifetime warranty, but I never thought this would be coveredI called them to purchase a new one since it was my fault, not theirsThe Customer Service Supervisor Michelle was very pleasant and told me where I was a new customer they would replace it at no chargeI was so surprisedI received it in the mail a few days laterYou do not get customer service like this anymoreThis company should be commended on how they treat their customersThere are a lot of companies that can learn a lot from themWay to go Vigorfit
I got their home gym because I could not stand paying for club gyms anymore, and it was the best decision I made ever! Ordering and delivery was easy and no issues whatsoever.
I keep mine under the bed for easy storage, and I can quickly set it up for nice 10 minute exercises. I haven't gone through all the configurations yet, but for my arms and legs, I already feel the effect.
It looks really well made, and their warranties left little to risk in my opinion. This is really a good buy for the price, as the others out there will run into the thousands.
Bottom-line, will recommend buying from these guys, as they sell affordable but well made home gyms. Great for the price!
I'm very pleased with my Vigorfit Gym. I've found it to be completely as you advertised, the shipping was quick, the assembly was easy. I was able to gain equipment that helps me to do many different exercises, helps me improve my conditioning and feel better, at a price that I think was a good value. Plus, the way the machine folds, it doesn't need a large footprint when it's not in use. The customer service has been top rate. You are truly an AAA+++ Company.
I received my Vigorfit gym and set it up right away. Very easy and very heavy duty. Once it was fully assembled I noticed there were two small broken parts. Most likely happened during shipping. The gym was packaged extremely well. I called and spoke with the customer service rep. Let me say what a pleasure to speak with. When I told them they were broken, there were no questions asked. They took my name and information and sent the parts out to me right away at no charge. What a pleasure to deal with a company that truly cares about their customers and stands behind their warranty. I will recommend the Vigorfit to all my friends and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.
