This is in response to the complaint by [redacted] received on alerting us that she had scheduled classes that were canceled by the studios and she was not notified FitReserve was not notified either so we were not aware of this issue We responded immediately on 917, [redacted] emailed us informing us that there was an incorrect location for one of the classes we tried to attendAgain, we were not notified by the studio of this change in location and thus promptly refunded her class and also offered her an additional free class for the inconvenience and inaccurate informationWe also offered to speak with her to resolve this issueShe refused the offer of a class and also refused to discuss this matterShe then wrote multiple negative reviews saying we did not address the matter (which we did) and filed this complaintAdditionally, we provided a cash refund of $for the classes not taken and again offered to speak with her and also tried calling her and she refused to speakWe have taken ***ry step to resolve this matter including immediate responses, class refunds, and cash refundsPlease find attached a receipt showing the refundPlease let us know if you need any additional information regarding this issue Sincerely, FitReserve

This is in response to the complaint by [redacted] received on 10/*/17. We received an email from [redacted] on 9/*/17 alerting us that she had scheduled 2 classes that were canceled by the studios and she was not notified.  FitReserve was not notified either so we were not aware of this issue. ...

We responded immediately on 9/*/17 within 6 minutes of her email apologizing for the issue and immediately refunded both of her classes. On 9/**/17, [redacted] emailed us informing us that there was an incorrect location for one of the classes we tried to attend. Again, we were not notified by the studio of this change in location and thus promptly refunded her class and also offered her an additional free class for the inconvenience and inaccurate information. We also offered to speak with her to resolve this issue. She refused the offer of a class and also refused to discuss this matter. She then wrote multiple negative reviews saying we did not address the matter (which we did) and filed this complaint. Additionally, we provided a cash refund of $33.02 for the classes not taken and again offered to speak with her and also tried calling her and she refused to speak. We have taken [redacted]ry step to resolve this matter including immediate responses, class refunds, and cash refunds. Please find attached a receipt showing the refund.
